Why we do what we do?
Curly Que Catering is locally owned and operated by David and Cindi Lockhart. What started out as a passion to cook mouth-watering smoked meats and side dishes for our family and friends, turned into a dream to share that passion with others. We take the time to slow smoke our BBQ, and the time to make home cooked side dishes that make you want to kiss your granny-all the way to our made-from-scratch apple pies to our homemade sauces! We hope that you will consider Curly Que Catering for your next event!

What Does Down Home Mean to Us?
To the Lockhart clan, down home means coming home to momma's house for a healthy dose of smoked pork loin, doused with a splash of the latest homemade sauce concoction. It means sitting down at the 12 foot long dinner table that is scarred with scratches from the many family meals, and enjoying that irresistible creamy, dreamy corn. Down home means smelling that apple pie as it finishes bubbling over in the oven, but knowing that momma will not slice it until it cools just enough. But most of all, it is through our food that we are able to gather together, sit down, and take time to talk about what is going on in each other's lives. About enjoying the God-given blessing of family. We hope that as we are blessed to share our cooking with others, that they will also take the time to sit for awhile, and enjoy the blessings in their own lives.

Payment/Arrangements:
The first payment is a deposit of $100 guarantee that we hold your date for our services, along with a signed contract. Half of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event when we send your final quote. Final payment is due in full 7 days before your event. We accept cash, check and credit cards.

Menu proposals include a firm guaranteed menu price. Labor and rental prices are only estimates and are not a guaranteed price. Contact us for a menu proposal.
